1. Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome and subject to availability.
  • Bookings are available for both lunch and dinner.
  • If you are running late, please let us know – we will hold your table for 15 minutes past the reserved time.

2. Seating Capacity

  • We offer a variety of dining areas across multiple floors, including bar seating, dining rooms, and a private lounge space.
  • For larger groups, please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best experience for you.

3. Operating Hours

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday – Sunday: 18:00–22:00

4. Cancellation Policy

  •  Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your reservation.
  • A fee may apply in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

5. Dining Time

  • Lunch reservations – 1.5 hours
  • Dinner reservations – 2 hours
  • If you require additional time, our team will do their best to accommodate you.

6. Dress Code

Smart casual. We kindly ask guests to dress respectfully in keeping with our Mayfair setting.

7. Children Policy

  • Children are welcome, and high chairs can be provided upon request.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.

8. Health & Safety

  • We maintain strict hygiene standards across all areas of the venue.
  • If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your visit.

9. Dietary Requirements

  • If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when booking.
  • Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

10. Payment Methods

We accept major debit and credit cards as well as cash.

11. Parking

Paid parking is available in the local area – please speak with our staff for guidance.

12. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted inside; however, well-behaved dogs are welcome in outdoor seating areas.

14. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant. A designated smoking area is available outside.

16. External Food & Drink Policy

If you wish to bring your own items, the following charges apply:

Cakeage: £7.50 per person for any cakes or desserts brought into the venue.
Corkage: £40 per 750ml bottle of wine or sparkling wine.

Liability & Responsibility:

Food Safety: The venue accepts no responsibility for the quality, ingredients, or storage of food brought onto the premises. Guests assume all risk regarding allergens and food-borne illnesses associated with external items.

Handling: While our team will take every care, we accept no liability for the accidental damage of external cakes or the breakage of corks/bottles during service.

17. Dog Policy

In line with food safety and hygiene regulations, dogs are not permitted on the premises.

Registered assistance/service dogs are welcome at all times. Guests bringing an assistance dog must ensure the dog remains under control and supervised throughout their visit.
